you know its good chicken when you have cravings. No, you cant have it three nights in a row.

HERE is a recipe that is so simple, but that yeilds amazing results. I have means tested this several times (I admit). There are so many variations of serving suggestions, which I will take you through at the end.

Its sticky chicken.

ingredients

1K organic chicken wings
1K organic chicken legs
1 btl original Camp maple
1/2 btl teryaki sauce
1/2/ btl kikkoman's soy
cracked pepper
6 cloves confit garlic (strained) - see recipe on this blog (simple three cheese risotto)

method
make the marinade by mixing all wet ingredients, mashing the confit garlic and plenty of cracked pepper.
coat the chicken well ina  bowl, and arrange laid out flat in a roasting tray, covered in marinade evenly.
Refridgerate, and leave to marinate for two hours. after this time, turn the chicken and leave for another two hours. (do this in the morning prefrably- the initial part of the method here, should only take 10 minutes).

you will need two hours cooking time. preheat the oven to 180 degrees. bring the tray out of the fridge and allow to come up closer to room temp for ten minutes. put in the oven. cook on 180 for 1 and three quater hours. turning once. you can also baste the chicken in the juices towards the end. they should be nice and dark. and there will be some 'splitting' of the sauce, this is fine.

serving suggestions:
with a guacamole and soft burritos, allow the guests to scrape the meat into the burrito.

or on its own with steamed rice, corander and spring onion (serve finger bowls)

or sexed up, beans, shoots, broccoli, rosemary and puffed rice.

or just own their own with chips, if you are a uni student!!!
